Function: Screwing cap to the bottle.
Four knives to emboss the screw along the thread of bottle mouth and close up the bottle tightly.
Mechanism: Handle shake.
Shake the handle to adjust the capping height easily to suit different bottle heights.
Up and Down Movement: The motor rotates the spindle through the reducer. The rotary motion between curved cams is converted into precise up and down head movement.
Motor Reducer: High-quality motor reducer drives the curved cam at the bottom to ensure equipment dial intermittently and smoothly.
This automatic capping machine is designed to tighten pilfer-proof caps for wine bottles, olive oil bottles, drinks bottles, etc. It is suitable for φ20-32mm bottle caps. The automatic operation helps save labor and reduce production error.
