3L-10L Water Filling Machine Overview
This series 3-in-1 filling monoblock combines rinsing, filling, and capping processes into one single unit. It is innovatively designed to meet the requirements of still water, pure water, RO water, mineral water, and sparkling water packaging in large containers, utilizing advanced international technology standards.
The rinsing unit connects with the empty bottle conveyor. Through photoelectrical reaction, the circuit control system commands pneumatic movements to clip and overturn the bottles. The bottleneck turns downward, and pure water is sprayed for 30 seconds to ensure thorough cleaning before the cylinders reset and move the bottles to the filling station.
Washed empty bottles enter the filling unit via the conveyor. Two push-barrel cylinders operate to position the bottles accurately. The bottle bottom separates from the belt during filling and returns to the conveyor belt once the process is complete, moving onward to the capping station.
The screw capping unit features high-precision capping heads. Once the filled bottle arrives at the station, air cylinders activate the screw cap mechanism. Finished bottles are then conveyed for final inspection and storage.
