Product Description

This rotary, continuous operation label applicator is designed for OPP hot melt adhesive. The equipment automatically adjusts input and output transmission conditions. Products are evenly spaced by a bottle screw and transported to a rotary disc via a star wheel. After being secured by the bottle pressing mechanism and mold seat, products rotate at a fixed speed for precise mechanical positioning and label application.

High-Speed Adhesive Labeling Equipment

The system utilizes PLC control to feed labels when product detection occurs. A high-speed cutter, driven by Japanese small-inertia servo motors, ensures feeding accuracy and stability. Glue is applied only to the front and back edges of the labels, significantly reducing hot melt adhesive consumption.

The label application process ensures smooth and tight adhesion as the product rotates. The final adhesive strip creates a secure overlap seal. The workflow includes: bottle entry, pre-positioning, label cutting, gluing, labeling, and pressing.
