Product Description
This rotary, continuous operation label applicator is designed for OPP hot melt adhesive. The equipment automatically adjusts input and output transmission conditions. Products are spaced evenly by a bottle screw and transported to the rotary disc where they are fixed by a pressing mechanism. Labels are applied precisely according to the mechanical trajectory.
Utilizing imported high-speed servo motors, the feeding process is dynamically adjusted for maximum speed and accuracy. The system applies glue only to the front and back edges of the labels, significantly minimizing the consumption of hot melt adhesive. The whole process includes bottle entry, pre-positioning, cutting label, gluing, labeling, and pressing.
