High Speed Sleeve Labeling Device

Application Scope

Suitable for various kinds of bottle types such as fruit juice, tea beverage, dairy products, pure water, condiment, beer, and sports drinks. It is applicable to:

  • Various bottle shapes: round, square, flat, curve, cups, etc.
  • Multiple container materials: plastic bottles, glass bottles, PVC, PET, PS, tin, and other containers.

Operation Principle

  1. The sleeve label is unwound evenly from the reel and conveyed to the cutting unit.
  2. The sleeve is opened over a mandrel, and a servomotor-controlled cutter cuts the sleeves exactly to length.
  3. The applicator fork pulls the sleeves over the container.
  4. Optional positioning brushes and hot-air nozzles ensure perfect positioning before entering the steam tunnel.
