The equipment features a single-row turntable measuring cup type. Powder is quantitatively measured by the turntable scraper. The process includes back-sealing, feeding, and cross-cutting to complete the packaging efficiently.
The standard speed is 40 per minute, while ultrasonic-equipped models can reach up to 100 per minute. The measuring cup feeding is ideal for dry powder; for wet powder, screw feeding with a servo motor is utilized to precisely control material weight. The machine can handle packaging materials with humidity up to 60% (fluffy materials). Optional vibration screens for explosive beads are also available.
