1. Air Conveyor System
Empty bottles are loaded via air conveyor using high-pressure blowers. This allows different bottle sizes to run without manual adjustments.
2. Bottle Rinsing
Automatic rinse rotor with spring-loaded grippers. Bottles are inverted and washed for up to three seconds to remove residuals before uprighting for filling.
3. Liquid Filling & Capping
Utilizes the internationally accepted VENT PIPE filling principle for accurate levels without spillage. Post-filling, bottles are transferred to the capping rotor where caps are securely applied.
4. Cap Elevator & Output
Caps are stored in a ground-level hopper and elevated automatically based on chute capacity. Finished bottles are discharged onto a SUS304 slat conveyor for inspection and labeling.
