This valve bag filling and packing machine supports both manual processes and fully automated operations using robotic valve bag placers. Valve bags are self-sealing and do not require additional heat sealers or sewing machines. We provide three main types: auger fillers, impeller valve bag fillers, and pneumatic driving air packers.
Individual machines fill at rates up to 8 bags per minute (480 bags per hour). Filled bags typically weigh 5-50 kilograms and accommodate powders, flakes, or granular products. We offer integrated systems including conveying, check weighers, inkjet printers, and robotic palletizers.
