The bag placer can automatically complete the whole process of picking up the bag, lifting the bag to a specific height, opening the valve port of the bag, and placing the bag valve port on the discharge nozzle of the packing machine. The system consists of a Bag Cart and a Host Machine. Each unit is equipped with two bag carts to ensure uninterrupted continuous operation.
The system is fully controlled by PLC and can be integrated with the packaging machine control system, allowing centralized parameter management for the entire material filling process.
