This high-precision monoblock system integrates bottle inlets, 2-peristaltic-pump filling, automatic stopper feeding & pressing, and an auto cap feeding-closing system. It is designed to automatically handle bottle-in, filling, rubber plug pressing, and cap closing. It is widely utilized across the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
The machine utilizes a PLC program control system paired with a touch screen interface for intuitive operation. Its monoblock design ensures a compact footprint while the graduator bottle positioning provides stability and easy adjustment for various bottle sizes.
