Equipped with a robust 63-ton hydraulic system, it delivers consistent and sufficient pressure to form compact, well-shaped tea cakes without looseness or deformation. The four-column stable guide structure ensures even pressure distribution across the entire mold, greatly improving the uniformity of tea cake density.
Adopts an advanced integrated cartridge valve hydraulic system with less oil leakage, reliable action and long service life. It supports pre-pressing, main pressing and pressure maintaining three-stage scientific pressurization, effectively preventing tea cake layering and ensuring smooth edges.
Built-in precise constant temperature mold system, with temperature control accuracy up to ±2ºC. It softens tea leaves moderately, activates tea pectin effectively, and locks in tea aroma while keeping the original taste and quality of tea to the greatest extent.
Supports semi-automatic and full-automatic dual operation modes. It realizes one-key starting, automatic pressing, pressure maintaining and discharging, simplifying the operation process and improving production efficiency.
The whole machine is made of high-strength wear-resistant materials. It is widely applicable for pressing various tea leaves such as Pu'er tea, white tea, and black tea brick tea, compatible with different sizes of tea cake molds.
Optimized internal circuit and oil circuit design with fewer vulnerable parts. The equipment runs smoothly with low noise, conforming to safe production standards, and is suitable for long-term continuous tea processing production.
